Hey guys,
This is my first time blogging, so stay with me. I will be talking about a whole lot of subjects in my bloggs, because it's hard to get certain thought out to everyone at the same time ( outside of facebook ). To be honest a friend encouraged me to start doing this, because I really enjoyed hers and wanted to have something that I could express myself in as well. Today my topic concerns mainly one aspect of the " Gym Life " . As I was working out at the gym the other day, I couldn't help to notice this very large Father that was training his sons that were about 13 and 15 years old. I don't know where that father got off, but you can't teach someone the right way of doing things and workouts when you are A. Not healthy B. Not fit C. No idea of proper form and D. setting a terrible example. Almost every single workout he did with them was completely of the hook wrong. I mean I wasn't the only person thinking exactly that same thing. I undestand if you want to train the old school way and drag loggs and flip tires , but training your young sons how to box, while you take off and leave them there looking like " wild chimps " hitting the punching bag, then we have a problem. After being in schoon all these months , little and big things in gym's come to my attention , because I know exactly what is happening in that persons body. It's almost a heartpain to see someone work out with terrible form and approach. So basically what I am getting to here is that, if you decide as a parent to train your children for the best of reasons. Please please, take some advice from people that know what they are doing and can help you not overtrain your youngens and teach them wrong things. It will help to decreace the chances of injury and give you a chance to humble yourself in all your knoledge. After all you want you kid to be a champ and not sit on the bench injured. Thank you guys for taking a moment and stopping by. More will follow this blog in the Future
That's all for Now stay classy world
